Qualifications:
Experience must be in the
installation, maintenance and
alteration of all kinds of light steel
framing, gypsum board installation and
finishing.
Scope
of
Work:
A "specialty
contractor" means a contractor whose scope of work and
responsibility is limited to a particular phase of construction and
whose scope is limited to a subset of the activities described in
the categories established in s. 489.105, F.S. Specialty contractors
include Specialty Structure Contractors, Gypsum Drywall Contractors
and Glass and Glazing Contractors. |
